I actually liked Kid Gohan's Super Saiyan state in the Cell Games. It wasn't over the top or anything. A good contrast to his Super Saiyan 2 state.

Chopper definitely has gone downhill in quality in Part II although not as much as Usopp.

I know one thing. Usopp's dream is unattainable now since his penis became a micropenis after losing weight before Part II because he became a bottom tier character after that.
