Why does it require contact then? If it's flowing into the hardened blade then it's adding an extra layer of Haki.

If the blade is making contact with the enemy then I don't see how it's Level 2. If level 1 already coats the blade in CoA, then what does Level 2 do?

Idk if level 2 can be used with swords.

Level 3 CoA allows contact because the Haki barrier moves inside the enemy.

Blackbeard absolutely has CoC. Fair enough, I'm just saying I hope it's not the case that guys like Mihawk and the admirals have it.

It means you are predestined for greatness. Anybody who doesn't have CoC will never reach that level of power.
