Yeah, I actually like him being that strong. Nothing technically contradicts it, so it's what I go with. Going from significantly stronger than Piccolo to weaker than SS2 Vegeta is just too underwhelming for a Potara fusion for me.

It would make sense. Although, I think Kaioshin would have to reach a new level of incompetence in order to get absorbed by a guy 17 times weaker than him.
