Why in blue perfect hell would he try to put some sort of principal on how Gohan and Trunks would compare if they were simply sparring? It's a simple concept. Goten goes all out and Gohan brings himself down. Trunks can instantaneously bring his battle power from 5 to over 1 million.

He talked about Gohan not Boo.. Again you have no evidence the kids are stronger than what I say.... Goten could not touch Gohan... Vegeta vs Trunks was a surprise at his power....

How is Goten not touching Gohan supposed to be a viable argument? Could Beautiful Zarbon even touch Vegeta? I'm pretty sure that was far less than a multifold gap.

Within the larger context of the story, they failed to do anything impressive, which is why they were required to utilize fusion as a means of keeping up.

Says who? Vegetto himself wasn't even sure anybody Boo absorbed was still alive, which is why he said to himself "I hope they didn't die."

Furthermore, what difference would it make if Boo was magically excluded from the top 3 and Gohan wasn't? Ultimate Gohan is clearly far far far far stronger than the unfused kids, being inferior to him in no way implies weakness.

Being masters doesnt mean ki alone... Regardless you have no evidence the kids are stronger than Initial Perfect Cell level... Prove me wrong
