Actual Goku vs Kami is probably like 40 vs 150 to me. Around 25%, remember, Goku is exhausted by the time he gets to Kami.

Besides that though, 33% is enough to finger flick imo. 33% is enough to one shot kill. A finger flick is totally possible, Goku takes no damage from the finger flick.

Nahh it's like 8-10x gap. Popo should be 2.5-3x above Goku.

What? You are watching the anime too much. Popo doesn't need to be anymore than 1.5x.

The best way to tell how far ahead Kami is, is by the 23rd Budokai.

Nothing suggests that Shen vs Piccolo is contested at 5x the level Unweighted Goku vs Tien was contested at.

Yeah in the anime Popo swallows Goku's KHH and burps. That's like 2.5-3x right there.

No. Where do you see Tien saying that all hope is lost now that Shen is beaten? He figured Goku could still have a go at it. All Tien's comments suggest is that it's at a level much higher than shown previously.

At the very least Shen and Piccolo far exceed his initial estimate of Goku, which was well.beyond unweighted Goku.

What’s more, that *******…it seems that he still hasn’t put out anywhere near his true ability. That’s right…he didn’t even fire a single Kamehameha…It hurts my pride…Just what the hell kind of training has he been doing?...”


So Tenshinhan estimation of Goku's true power >>> unweighted Goku vs Tenshinhan. I think we can at least agree on that, right?


Then next up Tenshinhan watchs Kami fight Piccolo Junior and says their level is inconceivable.

Context: as Shen and Piccolo fight
Kame-sennin: “Th…they’re too strong…”
Bulma: “H…how can these two exist…?”
Yamcha: “Da…dammit…So that’s why we couldn’t win.”
Tenshinhan: “There’s no helping it…They far surpass any level ordinarily conceivable.”


So the question is, do Piccolo Junior and Kami/Shen far surpass the level he conceived Goku's 'true ability'? It can be interpreted that way.

Goku is not any level ordinarily conceivable. All Tien is saying is Them >>> Us...

No one for a second thinks that Goku is helpless...

Oh of course. What I see Vic is that these two new powers greatly surpass any power that has been shown thus far in the tournament. It's a major step up from what Goku was doing. I definitely don't think it has to be stupidly more powerful than what Goku was doing, but a lot more...

Unweighted Goku should be somewhere between 50-75% of Hero's power. Wouldn't you agree?
