I really enjoyed Nappa vs the Z Kenshi. It really gave the feel that everyone was fucked, and there was actually a lot of carnage which had yet to be seen in the series.

Absolutely, the other arcs after that seems came out of nowhere.

Not that much considering the fact that Goku's origin wasn't revealed yet on early Dragonball arcs so it makes sense to make an arc for it.

True, although it was fairly obvious that the concept of Saiyans and Namekians were being made up as Toriyama went along. Still nothing on Cell's asspully ass or Boo's shell being on Earth since the fucking Big Bang though.

I finished the rest of the Saiyan Arc that was left in Volume 5. I'm off work for the next three days, and on Wednesday I'm going to go out of town, so I'll try to read the Freeza Arc in bulk. Where does the Freeza Arc end in the Manga?

I basically finished the Ginyu fight a while ago. Ginyu himself was a disappointment, but I definitely liked the rest of the force, even Guldo despite how short his appearance was. This Arc is definitely the best Arc in the series by quite a bit, even if I haven't read the Freeza fight yet. I probably will tonight.
