I actually liked Luffy vs Kaido fight itself, but how it ended and what we actually got out of Kaido as a character brought it down dozens of points for me.

The reveals are probably one of the most infamous parts of Wano. I think on that aspect alone it delivered as good as it could have been. I think maybe it would have been better to name drop Nika prior to Wano, but that's about it.

Idk, probably. At the very least, we know the existence of Ryuma was known throughout the world, which may have been a factor for the WG being cautious on making their moves.
Kaido and Big Mom are on the same level, with the former having the edge.
