Is pretty hard to figure out Kaioshin's power.

There is the quote where Piccolo flat-out says Kaioshin is way stronger than himself...not that Kaioshin is a god...that Kaioshin is way stronger than himself...

Quite frankly, the only counterargument is just "Piccolo was lying/wrong"...

There's two counters here. Piccolo cannot sense Godly ki, which seems backed up considering Kaioshin is thought to be dead with Vegeta and Gohan.

Alright, so yea, this seems interesting. The anime suggests that Dende and Piccolo can sense Kaioshin, probably due to being God of Earth.

Yet, the manga doesn't show Dende or Piccolo being able to sense Kaioshin in this sequence. Very interesting.

Ki sensing is something that takes some mental focus. They won't sense them if they aren't paying attention

Piccolo at no time said: " What power"; he was intrigued by the reason he could not fight against Kaioshin; Piccolo would not give up just because someone is stronger than him, otherwise why he entered in the tournament?

Kaioshin flat ou states that Piccolo had figured out who he was.

Wow, this theory seems to be holding up.

Kaioshin and Kibito can sense each other, but no one can sense them.

In none of this sequence was there a mention of Kaioshins Ki. Its all about who is. No one can sense him anyway. Piccolo sensed his godly presence and backed out of respect. Piccolo never says "what power...who is he?" Kaioshin flat out says he likely sensed who he was....there is literally nothing about power here. Its very clear Piccolo backed out of respect.
